Refund Policy
At Insuzo Corporation Private Limited, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that every product you receive is brand new and authentic. However, we understand that sometimes the path of shopping may encounter a few unexpected twists and turns. But fear not! We've crafted a map to guide you through our refund and return journey, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.
Generally, we don't accept returns. But if your item is damaged, defective, broken, or you've received the wrong product, we'll gladly make an exception.
Returns or replacements are subject to the following conditions:
A. Notification: You must inform us of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
B. Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
C. Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
A. Customer doesn't like or want the product upon receiving.
B. Customer doesn't find the product suitable or useful upon receiving.
C. In case of damage or defect, Requests made more than 3 days after receipt of the product.

C. Damage due to use.
D. Items not in the same condition as when sent.
E. Defective products not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
F. Consumable items that have been used or installed.
G. Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

If the issue is due to our error, we will arrange for the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. Once we receive the product, the return or replacement process will commence as outlined in the 'Return Process' segment below.
We've all been there! Unfortunately, incorrectly ordered items can't be returned or replaced. Just double-check before you hit that "buy" button. Orders can only be canceled before the product is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. In such cases, we will initiate the refund within 24-72 hours.
